About The Abiding Post

The Abiding Post provides Christ-centered letters and related printed materials delivered by mail. The contents, artwork, stationery, keepsakes, and design of individual mailings may vary from styled examples shown on the website.

Our mailings are intended for encouragement and reflection. They are not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral-counseling services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase.

Memberships and gifts currently support recipients with valid mailing addresses in the United States.

02 · Membership plans

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The available plan, price, billing frequency, and number of mailings are displayed before checkout. Review these details carefully before completing a purchase.

Monthly recurring memberships

A monthly recurring membership renews automatically each month until canceled. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed monthly rate.

You may cancel through the secure subscription-management link on our website. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed or a mailing already prepared, except as described in our refund policy or required by law.

Prepaid memberships

A prepaid membership covers the stated number of mailings and is charged once. It does not renew automatically.

Founding memberships

A founding membership rate remains available while the qualifying recurring membership stays active. If the membership is canceled or payment cannot be collected, the founding rate may no longer be available if the customer later rejoins.

03 · Gifts and payment

Gift memberships

Gift memberships are prepaid purchases covering one, six, or twelve monthly mailings. They do not renew automatically.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient name and U.S. mailing address and for having a lawful reason to provide that information for fulfillment.

The purchaser may include a plain-text personal message for the printed gift card or first mailing. Messages must not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringing material. We may refuse or remove a message that violates these terms.

The recipient is not automatically emailed. The gift message is printed and included with the first mailing.

Payment processing

Payment is completed through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. The Abiding Post does not receive or store your complete card number or payment credentials.

You agree to provide accurate purchaser and billing information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

04 · Mailing and support

Mailing and delivery

Mailing dates and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address. Contact us promptly if an address changes. We cannot guarantee that an address change will apply to a mailing already prepared or submitted to the postal service.

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements

These matters are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Privacy

Our use of purchaser, recipient, membership, mailing, and payment-related information is described in our Privacy Policy.

05 · Website use

Website and intellectual property

The website and its original text, artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, layout, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to The Abiding Post and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, scrape, distribute, modify, or exploit website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, transmit malicious code, or violate applicable law.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on services such as Stripe and postal carriers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitations

We work to keep the website and mailing service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular personal or spiritual outcome from receiving the mailings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Abiding Post will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new revision date and will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
